Shipping

Lucent Lightshop hand makes all fixtures to order.  The production period for each fixture is displayed on the product's web page, please also allow a 2 to 7 day shipping time for U.S. deliveries. Our shipping account is with Fedex, and is unable to deliver to PO boxes. Please list an accurate physical address with your purchase. 

  • ** We cannot be responsible for International import taxes, or delivery charges that your country may impose. Please contact your local jurisdiction for your local import tax rates.
  • Inspect your purchase immediately and message us of any damaged, incomplete, or inaccurate shipments. We are excellent packers, our boxes are crush rated and packed with care. However, if your item has been damaged during shipment, please notify us within 30 days.  Claims made beyond this time will not be honored.
  • Our fixtures are not sent with signature confirmation.  If you require a signature confirmation please message us at ana@lucentlightshop.com with your purchase to request.  If your delivery is confirmed as "delivered" by the carrier, Lucent Lightshop also considers the order delivered.
  • We will not be held liable if an order is returned or delivered incorrectly due to an invalid or incorrect shipping address as input by the customer.  The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost.

Damaged Freight

If your item arrives crated from an LTL freight company, and the crate and/or packaging appears damaged please do not sign for or accept the item.  Email us with your order number at ana@lucentlightshop.com for further instruction.

If your item arrives from a common carrier (Fedex, UPS, USPS) damaged,  please immediately take photos of packaging and your damaged item and email us with your order number at ana@lucentlightshop.com.   

We do need to be notified as soon as possible, and after 30 days we cannot act on any shipping or damage claims.
